性質(zhì)描述: 低溫下為淡黃色固體,18℃以上時為淡黃色液體,沸點為246-248℃,相對密度1.155,折光率1.5268。
制備方法
方法一:其制備方法是在反應(yīng)瓶中加入氯化鈉和硫酸,室溫下攪拌,滴加苯甲酰腈,控制溫度在30℃左右,滴加完后保溫3 h,再滴加甲醇,升溫回流5 h,反應(yīng)結(jié)束后減壓除去甲醇得成品。
方法二:由苯甲酰酸與甲醇經(jīng)酯化反應(yīng)則制得。將環(huán)甲醇和苯甲酰甲酸加入反應(yīng)鍋內(nèi),攪拌下緩緩加入硫酸。加熱回流12h后,回收過量甲醇。酯化物用稀碳酸鈉溶液中和,分取油層,水層用苯提取。提取液與油層合并,經(jīng)無水硫酸鈉干燥后,進行蒸餾,先回收溶劑苯,再減壓蒸出低沸物,然后收集137-146℃(2.4kPa)餾分,取為苯甲酰甲酸甲酯。所用原料苯甲酰甲酸是由苯乙烯氧化得到的(見04960),苯甲酰甲酸計,酯化收率為50%以上。
用途
1.UV固化型涂料和油墨。
2.苯甲酰甲酸甲酯是除草劑苯嗪草酮的中間體。
3.用于有機合成。

First Aid Measures
