用途: 結(jié)構(gòu)類似煙酰胺，進(jìn)入細(xì)胞可起殺菌作用。在pH較低的條件下，抗菌活性較強(qiáng)，異煙酰胺為二線抗結(jié)核藥，與其它抗結(jié)核藥無(wú)交叉耐藥性，主要用于經(jīng)一線藥物活療無(wú)效的病例。單用異煙酰胺易產(chǎn)生耐藥性需與其它抗結(jié)核藥物聯(lián)合應(yīng)用。

First Aid Measures
【Ingestion】Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Get medical aid. Do NOT induce vomiting. If conscious and alert, rinse mouth and drink 2-4 cupfuls of milk or water.
【Inhalation】Remove from exposure to fresh air immediately. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Get medical aid.
