性狀描述:
白色至類白色結晶,95-97℃,沸點262.4℃,折射率1.599,閃點112.5℃,密度1.649g/cm3,溶于水。
生產方法:將100g(1.0mol)丁二酸酐和70g(1.0mol)鹽酸羥胺一起加熱,使反應系統保持負壓抽除生成的揮發物,迅速加熱至125℃以上,1h后慢慢升至160℃。停止加熱,當溫度降至125℃時,將液態反應物傾入400ml乙醚中并激烈攪拌。產物固化后傾去乙醚層,固化物與400ml丁醇共熱至沸,熱濾,濾液迅速冷卻至0℃。1h后過濾,結晶依次用丁醇、乙醚洗滌,所得粗品用乙酸乙酯重結晶,得50g成品,收率44%。
